Dr. Charles Karuku is the President of the Institute of Leadership and Mentorship (ILM). He holds a Bachelors Degree in Education, a Master Degree in Leadership and and 2 Honorary Doctorate Degrees in Humanities and International Relations. He is passionate about developing leaders and building capacity in organizations. He is the Founder and President of International Outreach Church where a growing diverse multi-racial church in the Twin Cities of Minnesota is reaching over 23 nations. Dr. Karuku is an example of global leadership as he operates as a Golden Rule Goodwill Ambassador, a mentor, speaker and leader.

Dr. Charles is also the founder and president of The Academy of Honor, a non profit organization that trains the youth in Honor, leadership and character development. 

Dr. Charles is very passionate about youth empowerment. He spends his time training and mentoring the next generation of leaders.
